Before rolling your eyes and shaking your head, let's really give this some thought. This doesn't apply while in one of those temporary relationships where you don't know if you even like the person half the time. I'm talking about when you have found "the one". This is after knowing that person for at least six months and you know you would consider spending the rest of you life with them. If there little nuances aren't really that bad, and you feel you could live with them. This is not the person you are plotting to change or just happen to have a few things in common with.
Once you have found that person, what's wrong with having dinner prepared before he/she comes home from work? Or making sure the house is cleaned and the bath water is waiting. {This applies to men and women} We have become so selfabsorbed that we rarely do things for others unless we are going to receive something in return. Life could be so much simpler if we realized that it is always about us. I know I am not the only one who was taught that sometimes it's better to give than receive?
